A Few Tips From Back To Order

bullet Start small. Organize one small area. It will look so great that you will be inspired to do the same to other areas.

bullet Keep in your home only those things that are still meaningful to you and bring you pleasure. Sell, toss, or donate the rest.

bullet Do not buy items ONLY because they are on sale.

bullet Store items as close as possible to where you will use them. For example, store mixing bowls close to your food preparation area. |

bullet Store heavy and fragile items closer to the floor and often-used items in the most accessible areas.

bullet Store similar items together. When needed, you will only have to look in one place.

bullet Use dividers or separate bins in drawers to help maintain order.

bullet Use labels to help you and others remember where to put items.

bullet Open mail near the recycle bin for easy disposal. Put the rest in a designated location.

bullet Make a master to do list. Then transfer items to your daily task list and prioritize them. Eliminate tasks that are not important.

bullet Break down projects into smaller tasks.

bullet Schedule fun activities as well as tasks.

bullet Say no if you need to.

bullet Delegate when possible.
